Reap
Reap is a coming of age story about Jay, a twenty something year old kid who makes the wrong decision for the right reasons and loses the most important thing to him in the process; his best friend Steph.
Jay. Age, 18-25 Male.
Caught between two paths, Jay feels less and less in control of the direction of his own life. He is smarter than he allows himself to be and unaware of his own potential. He is warm towards those he loves but is reluctant to stand up for himself and make his own decisions. Struggling to find his own way, Jay does the best he can to change the course of his future.
Steph. Age 18-25 Female.
Steph is always the one looking towards some other time than the present. She carries around a weight with her, even when things seem good. Time might have been better spent focusing on whats around her in the moment, but she can't stop searching for whatever it is that's missing, whether she knows it or not. She's confident and ready to be challenged. Ready to move on.
Eddie. Age 18-25 Male.
Eddie is always the one who pushes the boundaries. He's the guy who suggests jumping the fence and having a crazy story to tell later. The guy who you hate when you go too far but who you secretly thank when you realize a lot of your best stories are because Eddie was crazy enough to keep going.
